What we collect

Account details (name, email), course progress, and payment information processed securely by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use it

To provide courses and certificates, send service emails, prevent fraud, and improve our catalogue. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences, and — only with consent — analytics cookies to understand which courses help learners most. See settings in your browser to control cookies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@learnsphere.example. We respond within 30 days.

Data security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorised staff, and account data is deleted within 90 days of an approved deletion request, except where law requires retention.

Children

LearnSphere is intended for learners aged 13+. Accounts for younger learners must be created and supervised by a parent or guardian.

Changes

We will announce material changes on this page and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
